High Country Management Services Co Inc has been led by Josh Bailey and Josh Thompson since 2025. Josh Bailey and his daughters Fletcher and Bennett, along with Josh Thompson and his daughters Isabella and Isla, help to staff the organization and work in concert with professionals nationwide.  Together with their children have continued growing High Country Management Services Co Inc and enjoyed bringing support to By Design Music.
